more than an hour's drive from Nelson City or the airport will bring you to the seclusion of
famous Kaiteriteri via the outlying orchards and estuaries along Nelson's scenic Coastal Highway. (Click on the thumbnail to the left to see a map.) So where is "Little Kaiteriteri?" Just around the corner from Kaiteriteri beach township and the main beach, only about one Km away. You can drive around to Kaiteriteri from the motels or take a very easy walk along the beach. |

We reckon that this quiet cove is the best kept secret in the province! We chose our spot very carefully to enjoy the location as much as possible, right away from traffic and other noise. Like us, our neighbours enjoy the peace and quiet too but still have instant access to the beach and wonderful views. |

We are only 200 metres/2 minutes walk from the
golden sands and safe swimming on Little Kaiteriteri beach, which is
surprisingly quiet even at the height of the Summer season... during the
rest of the year it is virtually deserted.
So there you have it... peace without the price. |
